Mr. Matthew Leaper is a Registered US Patent Attorney and a Registered US Professional Engineer with more than 10,000 hours of patent law experience and a further 10,000 hours of professional engineering experience at international firms and institutions. Mr. Leaper is licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey, New York, and Nebraska, and as a registered professional engineer in the State of Nebraska. The law practice of MLAIP® is therefore limited to intellectual property law matters, related legal proceedings before federal courts and agencies, and related business transactions.
